Hi I'm Nic, and I love all things Pilates! I have always been into Health and Fitness and loved my Pilates classes. In 2020, I decided to take the plunge to start learning more about Pilates and my body, and undertook a course with JPilates, the training and guidance I have received from the very first contacthas been second to none, and I know I will continue to learn with Jo for my entire Pilates journey.
My aim is to share the secret of Pilates, to get everyone feeling just as good in their own skin as I do. Developing your Strength & Flexibility whilst increasing Mobility. My classes are small and friendly which means you are able to achieve your own personal goals as I can guide you through the movements.

The resistance created by the reformer can provide a more challenging strength and endurance workout than some mat movements. It may also produce visible results sooner — arm, leg, and abdominal muscles can look firmer and defined within a dozen or so regular sessions. A reformer session can also compliment your Mat practice, so why not combine your workouts!
